To use these Wordpress themes simply download your template and upload the zip file to your wp-content>>themes folder. Then go to your admin area, click on appearance and choose your new theme. If your new theme does not show in the main panel try to refresh the page, if that does not remedy the problem verify that the theme was uploaded to the themes folder inside the wp-content folder.
